Job Description:
We are currently seeking 2 experienced Masters to join Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV) operating in Europe. Two contract options are available: a rotational assignment starting 29 July 2026 with a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off schedule, and a fixed-term contract commencing around 25 July 2026 until 29 August 2026. Due to the vessel's operating location, EU citizenship is mandatory. Previous experience on Crew Transfer Vessels is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the safe navigation and operation of the Crew Transfer Vessel.
- Managing onboard crew and maintaining compliance with company procedures and international maritime regulations.
- Coordinating the safe transfer of personnel to and from offshore installations.
- Maintaining navigational, operational, and safety documentation.
- Participating in emergency response drills and ensuring operational readiness.

Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates
- Medical fitness certificate
- Proficiency in English communication
- EU citizens only
- Previous experience as Master
- Previous Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) experience preferred
- GWO Sea Survival certificate (mandatory)
- Available to join on the required dates
