Job Description:
TOS People is currently seeking an experienced Master with strong ERRV experience to join an Emergency Response and Rescue Vessel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall command and safe operation of the vessel, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, company procedures and offshore safety requirements.
The position is scheduled to start on 23 August 2026 and will operate on a 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintaining overall command and responsibility for the safe operation of the vessel.
Ensuring safe navigation and effective bridge operations.
Supervising crew and coordinating onboard activities.
Ensuring compliance with ERRV, emergency response and offshore safety procedures.
Maintaining vessel documentation and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Master.
Strong and relevant ERRV experience – mandatory.
Valid Master Certificate of Competency (COC).
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Relevant offshore certificates and training.
Ability to work on a 6/6 weeks rotation.
