Navis is recruiting an experienced Master to join a Jack Up Barge DP2 operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the safe operation of the vessel, including navigation, DP2 operations, offshore activities, crew management, and compliance with applicable maritime and company standards.
Candidates with previous Self-Propelled Jack Up Barge experience are required, and ARAMCO-approved candidates are preferred.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Take overall command and responsibility for safe vessel and offshore operations
• Manage navigation, DP2 positioning, and marine operations
• Supervise vessel crew and ensure effective onboard management
• Oversee offshore operations and maintain vessel operational readiness
• Ensure compliance with Flag State, Class, ISM, STCW, and company procedures
• Conduct safety meetings, emergency drills, risk assessments, and inspections
• Maintain accurate vessel and operational documentation
• Valid Master Unlimited Certificate of Competency / License
• Minimum 24 months of actual onboard experience as Master on Self-Propelled Jack Up Barges
• Proven experience on DP2 vessels
• ARAMCO approval preferred
• Valid COC and Endorsement
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Passport
• Valid Seaman’s Book with complete sea service records
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and offshore safety management skills
