Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Master to join a Self-Propelled Jack Up Barge DP2 operating on offshore projects in KSA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall command of the vessel, including safe navigation, offshore operations, crew management and compliance with company and project requirements.

ARAMCO-approved candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall command and responsibility for the safe operation of the vessel.
• Ensure safe navigation and offshore vessel operations.
• Supervise and coordinate bridge and deck personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company SMS, HSE and environmental procedures.
• Maintain vessel readiness and operational documentation.
• Manage emergency response, drills and onboard safety activities.
• Liaise with clients, offshore project representatives and relevant authorities as required.

Requirements

• Master Unlimited Certificate of Competency – mandatory.
• Minimum 24 months of actual onboard experience as Master on Self-Propelled Jack Up Barges – mandatory.
• Proven experience on DP2 vessels.
• Valid COC and applicable Endorsement.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid Seaman's Book.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Valid passport.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership and offshore operational skills.
• ARAMCO approval – preferred.
• Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Availability to join ASAP.

Wages: USD 1,540 per day
Contract Duration: 60 days on / 60 days off
