Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Master to join a Self-Propelled Jack Up Barge DP2 operating in Saudi Arabia (KSA). Joining is ASAP with a 60 days on / 60 days off rotation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation, operation, and overall management of the vessel while ensuring full compliance with company policies, international maritime regulations, and offshore project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Managing all vessel operations and ensuring the safe execution of offshore activities.
- Supervising deck and engine departments while maintaining the highest operational and safety standards.
- Ensuring compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures.
- Coordinating DP operations, vessel positioning, and communication with offshore installations and clients.
- Maintaining vessel documentation, certifications, reports, and ensuring readiness for inspections and audits.
Requirements
- Master's Unlimited License.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Minimum 24 months of recent experience as Master on Self-Propelled Jack Up Barges.
- ARAMCO approval is preferred.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
