Job Description
Navis Crew Management is currently seeking an experienced Master to join a Self-Propelled Jack Up Barge DP2 operating on offshore projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall command of the vessel, ensuring safe navigation, dynamic positioning operations, offshore project coordination, crew management, and full compliance with international maritime regulations and company HSE standards.
This opportunity is ideal for Masters with extensive experience onboard Self-Propelled Jack Up Barges and offshore construction projects. Candidates with ARAMCO approval are highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Assume full command and responsibility for the vessel
- Manage safe navigation and DP-assisted offshore operations
- Coordinate marine activities with offshore project personnel
- Supervise deck, engine, and hotel departments
- Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE policies
- Conduct emergency drills and onboard safety meetings
- Maintain statutory certificates and vessel documentation
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant offshore operations throughout the contract
Requirements
- Master's Unlimited Certificate of Competency
- Minimum 24 months of experience as Master onboard a Self-Propelled Jack Up Barge
- ARAMCO-approved candidates preferred
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) and Flag State Endorsement
- Valid passport
- Valid seaman book
- Valid medical certificate
- Previous employer references
- Seaman's book copies confirming sea service
- Good English communication skills
- Strong leadership, DP, and offshore operational experience
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Physically and medically fit for offshore service
