Job Description:
A leading offshore operator is currently seeking a highly experienced Master to join a DP2 Self-Propelled Jack Up Barge operating in UAE and Qatar waters. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall command, safety, navigation, and operational performance of the vessel during offshore projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive jack-up barge experience, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring the safe navigation and operation of the vessel in offshore environments
• Managing all onboard personnel and overseeing daily vessel operations
• Maintaining compliance with international maritime regulations, company policies, and client requirements
• Coordinating offshore activities and ensuring operational readiness of the vessel
• Promoting a strong safety culture and effective emergency preparedness onboard

Requirements:
• Master Unlimited License / Certificate of Competency
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 18 months of actual onboard experience as Master on a Self-Propelled Jack Up Barge
• Proven experience working on DP2 vessels
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 60 days on / 60 days off
• Salary: USD 1,200 per day
