Location: UAE / Qatar
Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Master to join a Self-Propelled Jack Up Barge DP2 operating in UAE and Qatar. Joining is ASAP with a 60 days on / 60 days off rotation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation, operation, and overall management of the vessel while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, company procedures, and offshore operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Managing all onboard operations and ensuring the safe execution of offshore projects.
- Supervising deck and engine departments while maintaining high safety and operational standards.
- Ensuring compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE policies.
- Coordinating vessel movements, DP operations, and communication with clients and offshore installations.
- Maintaining accurate vessel documentation, reports, and certification records.
Requirements
- Master's Unlimited License.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Minimum 18 months of recent experience as Master on Self-Propelled Jack Up Barges.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
