Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Master for an AHTS DP2 (Anchor Handling Tug Supply, DP2 class) vessel operating in the offshore fields of the United Arab Emirates.
This is a short-term contract (60–90 days) with an immediate joining date. The vessel operates in demanding offshore conditions, requiring strong leadership, proven DP experience, and strict adherence to safety and operational standards.
Candidates with prior ADNOC approval will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Commanding and navigating the AHTS DP2 vessel safely and efficiently
- Managing DP operations in compliance with IMCA and company procedures
- Supervising offshore anchor handling, towing, and supply operations
- Ensuring full compliance with flag state, charterer, and ADNOC regulations
- Leading crew management, safety drills, and onboard discipline
Requirements:
- Master’s Unlimited License (CoC)
- Minimum 24 months of actual onboard experience on similar vessel types in the rank of Master/SDPO
- Minimum 2000 DP hours (documented)
- Valid STCW certificates
- Valid medical fitness certificate
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Proficiency in English
- ADNOC-approved candidates preferred
