Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are currently seeking an experienced Master to join a Utility Vessel operating in Dubai. The role requires a competent and responsible Master with proven experience on utility or offshore support vessels, capable of ensuring safe navigation, vessel management, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
The vessel is engaged in offshore/port support operations, and the Master will lead the crew, oversee daily operations, and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Overall command and safe navigation of the utility vessel
• Management and supervision of all onboard personnel
• Ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company procedures
• Planning and execution of voyages and daily vessel operations
• Maintaining vessel documentation, logs, and reports
• Promoting a strong safety culture and participating in audits and inspections
• Valid Master Certificate of Competency (STCW) appropriate to vessel type
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Proven experience as Master on utility or similar vessel types
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
