Job Description
TOS is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Master to join an Offshore Vessel operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall command of the vessel, ensuring safe navigation, offshore operations, crew management, regulatory compliance, and efficient vessel performance in accordance with company and international maritime standards.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain full command and responsibility for vessel operations
Ensure safe navigation and compliance with international maritime regulations
Lead and supervise all onboard personnel
Coordinate offshore operations with clients and project teams
Implement company HSE policies and safety management systems
Monitor vessel performance and operational efficiency
Conduct emergency drills and safety meetings
Ensure compliance with flag state and classification requirements
Requirements
Valid Master Unlimited Certificate of Competency (CoC)
Valid STCW certification package
Previous offshore vessel experience preferred
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Excellent English communication skills
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good knowledge of ISM, ISPS, and maritime regulations
Ability to work in multinational crew environments
