Job Description

Apex Crew Management is seeking an experienced and qualified Master to command a non-DP Supply Vessel. The successful candidate must have substantial command experience on supply vessels, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safe and efficient vessel operations. Candidates with relevant UAE experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Command the vessel and ensure safe navigation and operational performance.
• Supervise deck operations, crew management, and onboard activities.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain vessel readiness and oversee emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate with shore management and relevant parties regarding vessel operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture and effective teamwork onboard.

Requirements

• Minimum 24 months of experience as Master on Supply Vessels.
• Relevant UAE experience is preferred.
• Valid Master’s Certificate of Competency and applicable endorsements.
• Valid seafarer’s documents and STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
