Job Description
McNeill Marine is recruiting experienced CTV Masters for permanent positions with a UK offshore operator.
The successful candidates will operate Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV) supporting offshore operations. Previous CTV or workboat experience is preferred.
Open Position:
- CTV Master 200
- CTV Master 500
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the safe navigation and operation of the CTV.
- Conduct vessel operations in accordance with UK maritime regulations and company procedures.
- Safely transport personnel and equipment to and from offshore installations.
- Maintain high standards of vessel safety and operational readiness.
- Carry out all duties associated with the Master role onboard.
Requirements
- Master 200 Certificate of Competency – minimum requirement.
- Master 500 – preferred.
- Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate.
- Valid UK Right to Work.
- Previous CTV or workboat experience is preferred.
- Valid STCW certificates and relevant maritime documents.
- Good knowledge of safe vessel operations and UK maritime requirements.

- Salary:
- Master 200: £53,837.50 per annum
- Master 500: £57,487.50 per annum
- Additional Benefits: Subsistence allowance payable while on shift.
- Career: Permanent position with a UK operator.
