Job Description

TOS People & Ship Delivery is looking for an experienced Master to join an offshore wind project operating Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV) / fast offshore craft.

The successful candidate should have proven offshore experience and experience operating CTVs, offshore wind vessels, crew boats, pilot boats, or similar high-speed craft. Experience with waterjet or NAMjet propulsion is considered a strong advantage.

The role involves working in a 24/7 offshore wind environment with multinational crews. Candidates should be comfortable with a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation and demonstrate strong operational English and offshore safety awareness.

Experience with Dutch-flag vessels and knowledge of the Dutch Law test are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Take overall command and responsibility for safe vessel operations.
Ensure safe crew and personnel transfers during offshore wind operations.
Manage navigation, vessel manoeuvring, and high-speed operations.
Maintain compliance with Dutch flag, offshore, and vessel safety requirements.
Coordinate effectively with multinational crew members and offshore project personnel.

Requirements

Valid Master CoC – Required
Suitable experience for Netherlands Flag operations
Offshore experience – Mandatory
Experience on CTV, offshore wind vessels, crew boats, pilot boats, or similar fast craft
High-speed vessel experience advantageous
Waterjet / NAMjet propulsion experience – Strong advantage
Good engine and machinery knowledge
Dutch Law test / Dutch-flag vessel experience preferred
Good operational English
Strong offshore safety awareness
Experience working with multinational crews
Willingness to work 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
