Job Description:
GreenTec Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Master 500 GT candidates for multiple contract opportunities operating in UK and EU waters. Mobilisation is scheduled for the end of July or the beginning of August. Successful candidates will command Workboats, Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessels, or Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), depending on project requirements. Applicants should have relevant command experience on the applicable vessel type and be eligible to work in the UK or hold a valid Frontier Worker Permit (FWP), which is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Take full command of the vessel and ensure safe navigation and operations.
Lead and supervise the onboard crew while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
Ensure adherence to international maritime regulations and HSE standards.
Coordinate vessel operations with clients, port authorities, and offshore personnel.
Maintain accurate operational records and ensure vessel readiness throughout the contract.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Valid Master 500 GT Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Previous experience on Workboats, AHTS, or Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), depending on the assigned role.
UK Right to Work or a valid UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP) is preferred.
