Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Captain to join a DP2 Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating in Angola. The Captain will have full responsibility for vessel navigation, DP operations, safety management, and overall vessel performance in compliance with company procedures, charterer requirements, and international maritime regulations.
This role is suitable for senior marine professionals with proven PSV DP2 command experience and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall command and safe navigation of the PSV DP2
• Management of DP operations and offshore supply activities
• Ensuring compliance with ISM, SMS, and HSE requirements
• Leadership and management of all onboard departments
• Liaison with charterers, port authorities, and offshore installations
• Emergency response and risk management onboard
• Maintaining vessel documentation and operational records
• Valid Master CoC suitable for PSV DP2 operations
• Full set of valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Proven experience in rank on PSV DP2 vessels
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong safety culture and leadership skills
