Job Description
A Dredging Foreman is required for a project in Qatar. The successful candidate will coordinate and supervise dredging crew activities and support the safe and efficient execution of daily dredging operations.
The position is competency-based and requires relevant practical experience in dredging operations.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Supervising dredging crew during daily operations.
- Coordinating work activities and equipment on the dredging site.
- Monitoring work progress and operational performance.
- Ensuring compliance with site safety procedures.
- Supporting the Dredging Supervisor and project management team.
Requirements
- Relevant dredging experience.
- Proven competency suitable for a Dredging Foreman position.
- Practical knowledge of dredging operations and equipment.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate crew.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid documents and certifications as applicable.
