Job Description:
Select Offshore is currently recruiting an experienced Deck Leader / Deck Foreman for an offshore project. This is a 5-week rotation commencing on 11 July 2026. The successful candidate will supervise deck operations, coordinate lifting and maintenance activities, and ensure that all work is carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and offshore safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Supervise and coordinate daily deck operations and personnel.
Oversee lifting, cargo handling, and maintenance activities onboard.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and offshore regulations.
Conduct toolbox talks and maintain effective communication with the deck crew.
Support safe and efficient execution of offshore project activities.
Requirements:
Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificates.
Medical fitness certificate (Offshore Medical).
Proficiency in English communication.
Valid GWO certification.
Valid BOSIET certificate with CA-EBS.
Valid Welder Certificate.
Previous experience as a Deck Leader or Deck Foreman on offshore projects is preferred.
