Job Description
Select Offshore is seeking an experienced Deck Foreman / Winch Operator Foreman for an offshore cable installation project in the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will supervise deck and winch operations, coordinate cable installation activities, and support beach pull-in operations. Candidates must have strong subsea cable installation experience, including previous work on cable barges or installation barges.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise deck crew and winch operations during cable installation activities
- Coordinate subsea cable handling, deployment, and installation operations
- Support beach pull-in operations and associated deck activities
- Ensure rigging and slinging activities are conducted safely
- Coordinate work activities in accordance with project procedures and lifting plans
- Maintain compliance with offshore HSE requirements
- Work closely with the vessel team and project personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations
Requirements
- EU right to work is mandatory
- All 5 GWO modules must be valid
- Valid offshore medical certificate
- Valid Rigger / Slinger certificate
- Strong experience in subsea cable installation
- Previous experience on cable barges or installation barges
- Proven beach pull-in experience
- Previous experience as a Deck Foreman or Winch Operator Foreman
- Strong safety awareness, leadership, and communication skills
