Job Description

Select Offshore is seeking an experienced Deck Foreman to supervise deck personnel and coordinate daily deck operations in an offshore environment. The successful candidate will ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervising deck crew and coordinating daily work activities.
• Organizing deck maintenance and operational tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with lifting procedures and safe working practices.
• Conducting toolbox talks and monitoring the implementation of safety measures.
• Coordinating with supervisors and other departments to support offshore operations.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Deck Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Previous offshore or oil and gas experience.
• Relevant maritime or trade qualifications, as applicable.
• Valid offshore medical certificate.
• Valid offshore safety training, such as BOSIET or FOET, where required.
• Valid passport and relevant employment documents.
• Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of offshore health and safety procedures.
