We are currently seeking an experienced Deck Foreman to join a Heavy Lift Vessel operating in the UK sector.
The role involves supervising deck operations during offshore heavy lift activities, ensuring safe execution of lifting operations, and coordinating deck crew in accordance with project requirements and company procedures. This is a rotational offshore position with a defined start date.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and coordinating deck crew during heavy lift and offshore operations
• Ensuring all lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with procedures
• Monitoring deck equipment, rigging, and lifting gear condition
• Communicating effectively with bridge, crane operators, and project team

• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST)
• GWO Sea Survival certificate
• GWO Working at Height certificate
• BOSIET with CA + EBS
• Proven experience as Deck Foreman on Heavy Lift vessels
• Valid UK Work Permit (mandatory due to project requirements)
