Job Description
We are currently recruiting an experienced Electro Technical Officer (ETO) for a DP2 Diving Support Vessel (DSV) operating in the North Sea.

The successful candidate will join the vessel on 12 August 2026 for a 4-week contract. The ETO will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the vessel's electrical, electronic, automation, and DP-related systems, ensuring safe and efficient offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and repair electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems onboard.
- Support the operation and maintenance of the vessel's Dynamic Positioning (DP) systems.
- Perform planned maintenance and fault diagnostics on electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company SMS, HSE procedures, and international maritime regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report technical issues to the Chief Engineer.
Requirements
- Valid Electro Technical Officer (ETO) Certificate of Competency
- Valid DP Maintenance Certificate
- Valid HUET with CA-EBS
- Valid STCW certificates
- Valid medical fitness certificate
- Proficiency in English communication
- Minimum 18 months of actual onboard experience as an ETO on MPSV, OCV, or DSV offshore vessels
- Valid Passport
- Valid Seaman's Book
- Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
