Job Description:
iPS Powerful People is seeking an Electro-Technical Officer for maritime operations in Nigeria. The ETO will maintain and repair electrical and automation systems and support the safe and reliable operation of the vessel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair electrical and automation systems onboard.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment faults.
- Perform daily checks on switchboards, generators and control panels.
- Work with the engineering team to resolve technical faults safely.
- Perform software updates and calibrations of maritime electronic systems.
- Test navigation equipment and support reliable vessel operations.
