ETO for Offshore DP3 Vessel

Job Description

WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join a DP3 Icebreaker operating in the Netherlands.

The position is scheduled to commence on 13 October 2026 for a 4-week assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the vessel's electrical, electronic, automation, and power systems, including DP-related electrical and control equipment.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems onboard.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Support maintenance and operational readiness of DP3 electrical and control systems.
• Monitor and repair power generation, distribution, automation, and alarm systems.
• Follow vessel safety procedures and planned maintenance requirements.

Requirements

• Valid ETO CoC.
• Valid STCW / STCWs.
• Valid High Voltage (HV) certification.
• DP Maintenance certification/experience.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Valid Seaman's Book.
• Valid Passport.
• Relevant ETO experience, preferably on DP vessels.
• Good English communication skills.
