Job Description:
AmanCare Careers is seeking an Electro Technical Officer (ETO) to maintain and manage the vessel’s electrical and electronic systems. The ETO ensures smooth operation of all navigation, communication, and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintaining and repairing electrical and electronic systems onboard.
Monitoring navigation and communication equipment.
Assisting engineering and deck teams with technical issues.
Performing preventive maintenance and inspections.
Keeping accurate technical logs and reports.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certification and ETO endorsement.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an ETO on vessels.
Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and automation systems.
Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Employment Details:
Contract Duration: Rotational offshore assignment.
