Job Description:
DOF Management is continuously seeking qualified and experienced maritime professionals interested in joining a world-class offshore organization with a modern and advanced fleet of offshore support vessels. The company specializes in ship management, offshore vessel operations, and marine services for the global Oil and Gas industry.
DOF Management oversees vessels owned by the DOF Group and third-party ship owners, delivering high operational standards and professional marine services throughout the offshore life cycle. Successful candidates will join a highly skilled international workforce operating in demanding offshore environments across the North Sea and worldwide locations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensure safe and efficient offshore vessel operations
• Maintain compliance with international maritime and safety regulations
• Perform duties according to assigned rank and vessel requirements
• Support offshore operations and customer service delivery
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and operational excellence onboard
Requirements:
• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificates
• Security Duties certification
• Valid Passport
• Valid Medical / Health Certificate
• Certificate of Competency (COC) relevant to rank
• Previous offshore or maritime experience preferred
• Good English communication skills
Employment Details:
• Rotation Schedule: 4, 5, or 6 weeks rotation
