Job Description:
An offshore operator is recruiting 2 experienced Electricians to join an Offshore Supply Vessel. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the vessel’s electrical systems and equipment, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with onboard safety procedures. Previous DP experience is highly preferred; however, a DP Certificate is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Carry out maintenance and repairs of electrical systems and equipment onboard.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and assist with corrective maintenance.
Monitor electrical machinery, power distribution, and control systems.
Support planned maintenance and inspections of electrical equipment.
Comply with vessel safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Relevant Electrical/Electrotechnical certification
Previous experience onboard OSV or similar offshore vessels
Previous DP experience is highly preferred
DP Certificate is not required
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
