Job Description
SSM Maritime Services Inc. is recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a Non-DP AHTS vessel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the vessel's electrical systems and equipment, supporting safe and reliable offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and repair electrical equipment and systems onboard.
- Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment failures.
- Assist with inspections and testing of electrical installations.
- Follow vessel safety and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Marine Electrician.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Valid seafarer documents.
- Good English communication skills.
- Offshore / AHTS experience is an advantage.
