Job Description

Sheffield Energies is seeking qualified Electricians for a deepwater pipelay and heavy crane construction vessel.

The successful candidates will assist with inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems onboard, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with onboard procedures.

Requirements

• Previous electrician experience in the marine or offshore industry preferred.
• Experience on pipelay, heavy-lift or offshore construction vessels is an advantage.
• Relevant electrical qualifications and technical certificates.
• Valid STCW and offshore certificates, where applicable.
• Valid travel documents and seaman’s book.
• Knowledge of electrical fault-finding, equipment maintenance and electrical safety.
• Good command of English.
• Availability for mobilization in December 2026, subject to client approval.
