Job Description:
Aavishka is urgently hiring an experienced Electrician for AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) / OSV (Offshore Support Vessel) non-DP vessels operating in KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the vessel’s electrical systems and equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operation onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining and troubleshooting vessel electrical systems and equipment
• Carrying out routine inspections, repairs, and electrical maintenance
• Monitoring electrical machinery and ensuring safe operation
• Assisting with fault finding and emergency electrical repairs
• Following vessel safety procedures, HSE requirements, and company policies
Requirements:
• Valid ETR (Electro-Technical Rating) – STCW Code III/7, issued by home country or UK
• Minimum 24 months’ experience as Electrician on similar types of offshore vessels
• Experience on AHTS / OSV non-DP vessels
• All relevant certificates must be valid for at least 12 months
• Proficiency in English communication
• Availability to join ASAP
