Job Description:
Lowland is urgently recruiting an experienced Chief Officer DPO (CO DPO) to join a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating in the Netherlands. The position offers a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation, with joining scheduled for 1 September 2026. Candidates must have proven PSV experience and hold a Full DP (Unlimited) Certificate.

• Rotation: 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off
Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting the Master in the safe operation and navigation of the vessel
• Performing bridge watchkeeping and navigational duties
• Conducting and supporting DP operations
• Supervising deck operations, including cargo and offshore activities
• Ensuring compliance with vessel safety, DP, and company procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience as Chief Officer on PSV vessels
• Full DP (Unlimited) Certificate – mandatory
• Valid STCW certificates and relevant CoC
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Good English communication skills
• Availability to join on 1 September 2026
