Job Description:
Ryan Ship Management is currently recruiting an experienced Chief Officer DPO for a DP2 Fast Supply Intervention Vessel (FSIV) / Crew Boat supporting the ARAMCO project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist the Master in the safe operation of the vessel, supervise deck operations, manage Dynamic Positioning (DP) activities, and ensure full compliance with company and client safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist the Master with navigation, vessel operations, and DP activities.
Supervise deck crew and coordinate daily deck operations.
Maintain cargo, deck, and safety equipment in operational condition.
Ensure compliance with ARAMCO, company, and international maritime safety regulations.
Maintain operational records and participate in emergency response procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency (CoC)
Valid DPO Certificate
Minimum 24 months of experience as Chief Officer DPO on a DP2 FSIV vessel
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
