Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Chief Officer DPO for a Diving Support Vessel (DSV) operating under the Liberian Flag.
The position requires a highly competent Dynamic Positioning officer with strong offshore diving support vessel experience. The assignment is planned with a start date of 10 June 2026, on a rotational contract basis.
Candidates must demonstrate solid operational knowledge of DP systems and proven experience in complex offshore DSV operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Safe navigation and command support on DSV operations
DP system operation and monitoring during diving operations
Coordination with dive teams and offshore project personnel
Ensuring compliance with offshore safety and operational procedures
Supporting Master with vessel handling and operational planning
Requirements:
Valid COC (Chief Officer / DPO)
Minimum 2 years strong DP experience on DSV vessels
Valid STCW certificates (including PSSR 2026 updates)
BOSIET / H2S certification
Valid OGUK / MLC medical certificate
All documents valid for minimum 1 year
Preferably valid Liberian endorsement
