Jebsen PTC Maritime, Inc. is currently seeking experienced 3rd Officers DPO to join Pipelaying Vessels operating on global offshore projects. These assignments involve dynamic and technically demanding offshore operations that require highly skilled professionals. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and vessel command, including DP operations (where applicable).
• Ensuring compliance with international maritime and offshore safety regulations.
• Overseeing crew management and coordination of vessel departments.
• Supporting pipelaying operations and overall offshore project execution.
• Maintaining effective communication with clients, project teams, and shore management.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Offshore certification (BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS preferred)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English
• Proven experience as 3rd Officers DPO on offshore construction or pipelaying vessels
• DPO Certificate (mandatory for DP operations)
