Job Description:
Ogenus Offshore is currently recruiting an experienced 3rd Officer / DPO to join an MPSV (Multi-Purpose Supply Vessel) operating in UK waters.
The position is scheduled to start on 19 August 2026 and will continue until November 2026. Candidates should have previous experience as a 3rd Officer/DPO on DP vessels, with MPSV experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Conduct navigational and DP watchkeeping duties safely and efficiently.
Monitor and operate the vessel's DP system in accordance with established procedures.
Assist with safe vessel operations and offshore project activities.
Maintain navigational records, logs, and required documentation.
Ensure compliance with company, maritime, DP, and UK offshore safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as 3rd Officer / DPO on DP vessels.
MPSV experience preferred.
Valid DP Unlimited Certificate.
Valid STCW certification.
Valid Medical Certificate.
Right to work in the UK or relevant documentation/certification required for UK operations.
Good English communication skills.
Strong safety awareness and ability to work effectively in an offshore environment.
