Job Description
We are currently recruiting an experienced 3rd Officer / Junior Dynamic Positioning Officer (JDPO) for a DP3 Multi-Purpose Support Vessel (MPSV) operating in the North Sea.

The successful candidate will join the vessel on 31 July 2026 for a 4-week contract. The role involves navigational watchkeeping, supporting Dynamic Positioning operations, and assisting with offshore construction and lifting activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a safe navigational watch as Officer of the Watch.
- Assist with Dynamic Positioning operations and maintain DP logs.
- Support offshore construction, lifting, and vessel operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SMS, HSE procedures, and international maritime regulations.
- Maintain navigational records, charts, publications, and voyage documentation.
Requirements
- Valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) Certificate of Competency
- Valid DP Basic Certificate
- DP Advanced Certificate preferred
- Valid HUET with CA-EBS
- Valid Shoulder Measurement Certificate
- Valid STCW certificates
- Valid medical fitness certificate
- Proficiency in English communication
- Minimum 12 months of actual onboard experience as 3rd Officer / JDPO on similar DP offshore vessels
- Valid Passport
- Valid Seaman's Book
- Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
