Location: North Sea
Job Description:
We are looking for a 2nd Officer / DPO for an OSV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea. Contract duration is 4–6 weeks, with joining on 14 January.
Candidates must hold an Officer of the Watch License, DP Full Certificate, and a DP Logbook.
Mandatory: valid UK Work Permit.
Solid experience in SUR/ROV/IMR operations is required.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Navigational watchkeeping and supervision of bridge operations
• DP operations, monitoring systems, and maintaining accurate DP Logbook entries
• Supporting ROV, SURF, and IMR operations on deck and on the bridge
• Ensuring vessel compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Assisting Master and Chief Officer in navigational planning and deck coordination
• Participation in drills, safety checks, and emergency procedures
• Bridge equipment maintenance and reporting technical issues
• Coordination with deck, engineering, and client representatives during operations
Requirements:
• Officer of the Watch (OOW) License
• DP Full Certificate + DP Logbook
• Minimum 18 months experience on OSV/DP vessels as 2nd Officer/DPO
• Solid experience in SUR/ROV/IMR operations (mandatory)
• Valid UK Work Permit (mandatory)
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
• Excellent command of English
Employment Details:

• Salary: 270 EUR/day
