Job Description:
iPS Powerful People is recruiting experienced Second Officers/DPOs for international offshore projects involving activities such as cable laying, pipelay and renewable-energy installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain bridge and dynamic-positioning watches during offshore operations.
- Ensure accurate vessel positioning and provide dynamic-positioning support.
- Work with vessel management and project teams during offshore campaigns.
- Maintain navigational records and operational documentation.
- Follow vessel procedures and safe working practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Second Officer/DPO on offshore vessels.
- Valid DP Unlimited Certificate.
- Valid STCW certification appropriate to rank.
- Valid Offshore Medical and MLC Medical certificates.
- Valid BOSIET or FOET certification.
- Eligibility to work in the European Union.
- Strong English communication skills.
- GWO certification, US B1 Wind visa and UK Frontier Worker Permit are advantageous.
