Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced 2nd Officer / DPO to join an offshore vessel operating in Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bridge watchkeeping, navigation and Dynamic Positioning operations and must hold DP Advanced or DP Full certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bridge watchkeeping and navigation duties.
• Conduct DP operations safely and efficiently.
• Monitor bridge, navigation and DP equipment.
• Support offshore vessel and marine operations.
• Maintain accurate bridge and operational records.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings and emergency drills.
• Follow company HSE, SMS and offshore safety procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of operational readiness onboard.

Requirements

• Previous experience as 2nd Officer / OOW.
• DP Advanced or DP Full certificate – mandatory.
• Minimum 1,000 hours of DP sea time – mandatory.
• Valid Officer of the Watch / relevant CoC.
• Valid STCW certificates and applicable endorsements.
• Valid Seaman's Book and Medical Certificate.
• Good command of English.
• Relevant offshore / DP vessel experience.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
• Availability for a 4 months on / 1 month off rotation.

Employment Details

Location: Khafji, Saudi Arabia
Wage: USD 230 per day
Contract: 4 months on / 1 month off
DP Qualification: DP Advanced or DP Full
Minimum DP Sea Time: 1,000 hours
