Job Description:
2nd Officer DPO required for a Mining Vessel operating in offshore mining operations. The position involves DP-assisted navigation and watchkeeping duties onboard a specialized vessel. Rotation is approximately 5 weeks +/- with immediate (ASAP) travel required. The role requires prior experience on drillships and familiarity with dynamic positioning operations in demanding offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and bridge watchkeeping duties
• Operation and monitoring of Dynamic Positioning (DP) systems
• Support of offshore mining and marine operations
• Compliance with international maritime safety and company procedures
• Participation in emergency drills and FRC operations when required

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• OOW (Officer of the Watch) CoC
• DP Unlimited certificate
• HUET CA-EBS certification
• FRC certification
• Drillship experience is mandatory
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
