Job Description:
WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced 2nd Officer DPO to join a DP3 DSV (Dive Support Vessel) operating offshore the UK.
The position starts on 19 August 2026 and is offered on a 4-week contract. A few days of handover will be required before taking over the position.
Large DSV experience is highly preferred. The vessel operates outside the UK 12-nautical-mile zone.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Conduct navigational and DP watchkeeping duties safely and efficiently.
Operate and monitor DP systems in accordance with vessel procedures.
Support safe offshore and subsea operations onboard the DSV.
Maintain navigational records, logs, and required vessel documentation.
Ensure compliance with company, maritime, DP, and offshore safety procedures.
Requirements:
Valid CoC (Certificate of Competency).
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid Passport.
Valid Seaman's Book.
Valid Medical Certificate.
Valid BOSIET / FOET.
Valid Full DP Certificate.
Valid STCW Medical.
Valid OGUK Medical.
Previous Large DSV experience highly preferred.
Proven experience as 2nd Officer DPO.
Good English communication skills.
