Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Officer DPO to join a Cable Layer Vessel (CLV) for an offshore project in the USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting safe navigation and dynamic positioning operations while ensuring compliance with company and project requirements. This is a short-term assignment with a potential rotation opportunity for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with vessel navigation and watchkeeping duties.
• Operating and monitoring the Dynamic Positioning (DP) system during offshore operations.
• Maintaining navigational records, charts, and voyage documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with safety management systems and maritime regulations.
• Supporting offshore project activities and coordinating with onboard departments.

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid DP Unlimited Certificate
• Previous experience as 2nd Officer DPO on offshore vessels
• Valid GWO Sea Survival Certificate
• Valid BOSIET or FOET Certificate
• Valid USA B1 Visa for travel or transit to offshore wind-related activities
