We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Mate / DPO to join a DP2 Diving Support Vessel (DSV) operating in offshore projects in Saudi Arabian waters. The vessel is engaged in subsea and SAT diving operations, therefore candidates must have strong operational experience in dynamic positioning and diving support activities.
The successful candidate will assist with navigation, watchkeeping, and DP operations while ensuring safe vessel positioning during diving and subsea operations. Immediate joining is required.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Standing navigational watches and ensuring safe vessel navigation
• Operating and monitoring the Dynamic Positioning (DP) system during offshore operations
• Supporting SAT diving operations by maintaining precise vessel positioning
• Assisting with passage planning, navigation documentation, and bridge equipment monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, maritime regulations, and safety standards
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Officer of the Watch (OOW) License
• DP Full Certificate and DP Logbook
• Solid experience in SAT diving operations (mandatory)
• Minimum 12 months of experience on DSV / DP2 vessels in the rank of 2nd Mate / DPO
• ARAMCO approved candidates are preferred
• Marlins Test with minimum 70% in all sections
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Contract Duration: 60–90 days
• Salary: 400 USD per day
