We are currently recruiting an experienced Deckhand to join a Jack-Up vessel operating in European waters. This role is ideal for offshore personnel with jack-up experience who are available to mobilise quickly and are seeking a stable 2/2 rotation with potential long-term employment.
The successful candidate will support deck operations, lifting activities, cargo handling, and general maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and offshore safety regulations.
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with deck operations on a Jack-Up vessel
• Supporting lifting, rigging, and cargo-handling activities
• Acting as Banksman during crane and lifting operations
• Supporting Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) duties when required
• Performing routine deck maintenance and housekeeping
• Ensuring safe handling of dangerous goods (air transport awareness)
• Assisting with emergency response and safety drills
• Strict compliance with HSE policies and offshore safety standards
• Maintaining effective communication within the deck team
• Proven offshore experience as a Deckhand, preferably on Jack-Up units
• Valid OGUK Medical Certificate
• BOSIET with CA-EBS
• MIST
• HLO Certificate
• Banksman Certificate
• Fire Fighting Certificate
• Dangerous Goods by Air (Awareness)
• S-CAPE Certificate
• Good command of English
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a multinational offshore environment
