We are recruiting a motivated Deckhand to join the Gateway Project (Dredgin Vessel) operating in the United Kingdom. This role is ideal for reliable and hardworking seafarers who are ready to support daily vessel operations in a demanding project environment.
As a Deckhand, you will be an essential part of the deck team, assisting with safe vessel operations, routine maintenance, and mooring activities, while ensuring full compliance with international maritime standards and company procedures.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with mooring and unmooring operations
• Carrying out deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and general upkeep
• Handling mooring lines, fenders, and deck equipment
• Supporting safe vessel operations during project activities
• Following safety procedures, permits to work, and toolbox talks
• Working effectively as part of a multinational crew

• Certificate of Competency COC II/5
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport
• UK Frontier Work Permit (FWP) or British nationality (mandatory)
• Previous experience in a similar deck role is an advantage
• Good command of English communication
