Job Description:
OOL is urgently recruiting a CTV Deckhand to join a Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) operating offshore in the Netherlands.

Position: Deckhand
Duration: 4 weeks
Joining date: This weekend / Monday at the latest
Location: IJmuiden, Netherlands
This role involves supporting safe crew transfer operations and deck activities in offshore wind or marine operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with safe transfer of personnel to offshore installations
• Carrying out deck operations and vessel support duties
• Handling mooring and line operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of deck areas
• Supporting the bridge team during operations
• Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures onboard

Requirements:
• EU citizenship (mandatory)
• Valid EDH Certificate of Competency
• Valid ENG1 Medical certificate
• Valid STCW certification
• Previous CTV or offshore deck experience (preferred)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
