Position: Deckhand
Job Description: An experienced Deckhand is required to join a Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) operating in Poland. The successful candidate will assist with daily deck operations, vessel maintenance, mooring activities, and the safe transfer of personnel in support of offshore operations. This is a short-term assignment with a contract duration of four weeks and an immediate mobilization scheduled for next week. Candidates should have previous experience on CTVs or similar vessel types and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities: As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist with daily deck operations and vessel maintenance
• Support mooring, unmooring, and personnel transfer activities
• Maintain deck equipment and ensure safe working practices
• Assist with cargo handling and operational tasks as required
• Comply with company safety procedures and maritime regulations

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid Passport
• Basic experience onboard CTVs or similar vessels
• Good English communication skills
