Job Description:
PT Truelogs Geo Energi is currently hiring an experienced Offshore Crane Operator to support offshore oil and gas operations. The successful candidate will operate offshore lifting equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all lifting activities are performed according to HSE standards, operational procedures, and company requirements.
The role requires strong attention to safety, precision in crane operations, and the ability to work effectively with offshore teams during lifting and material handling activities.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Safely operate offshore cranes for lifting and material handling operations
Perform crane pre-use inspections and report equipment conditions
Execute lifting operations according to approved procedures and safety standards
Support offshore activities including Slickline, Wireline, and Well Intervention operations
Follow HSE procedures, Permit to Work (PTW), and offshore safety regulations
Requirements:
Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
Valid SIO Operator Crane Class C certificate
Minimum 3 years of experience as Crane Operator
Offshore Oil & Gas experience preferred
Experience in Slickline, Wireline, Well Intervention, or similar offshore services preferred
Knowledge of lifting operations, load handling, and offshore safety procedures
Valid BOSIET certificate preferred
Valid Offshore Medical Certificate preferred
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
