Job Description:
Anglo-Eastern Offshore is currently seeking a qualified Gangway / Crane Operator to join a Commissioning Service Operation Vessel (CSOV) supporting offshore energy projects. The vessel will mobilize from Vietnam, and the selected candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of the motion-compensated gangway system and offshore crane during project activities.
This is a long-term opportunity offering a 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter. The role requires a highly competent operator with experience in offshore lifting and personnel transfer operations, ensuring full compliance with international safety standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operate the motion-compensated gangway system (SMST) for safe personnel transfer
• Operate offshore crane equipment in accordance with lifting plans and safety regulations
• Conduct pre-use inspections and routine maintenance checks of gangway and crane systems
• Coordinate closely with deck crew and bridge team during operations
• Ensure compliance with offshore HSE procedures and participate in safety drills

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• SMST Advanced Operator – TAB certification
• Crane Operator Stage 3 certification
• BOSIET or FOET with CA-EBS
• Marlins English Test
• Previous experience on CSOV or similar offshore vessels preferred
