Job Description:
DOF is inviting expressions of interest from experienced Crane Operators / Integrated Ratings (IR) to join its fleet of modern Subsea Construction Vessels supporting offshore Oil & Gas projects worldwide. Successful candidates will perform complex subsea lifting operations, crane maintenance, and deck duties while ensuring safe and efficient offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate offshore cranes safely and efficiently during subsea construction, installation, inspection, maintenance, and decommissioning projects.
- Carry out complex lifting operations, including deployment and recovery of subsea equipment.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and operational checks on crane systems.
- Support deck operations as an Integrated Rating (IR).
- Ensure all lifting operations comply with approved lifting procedures, HSE standards, and company policies.
- Work closely with vessel officers, project personnel, and offshore teams to ensure safe project execution.
- Maintain operational records and report equipment defects when required.
- Promote a strong safety culture and actively participate in toolbox talks and risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Valid Stage 3 Crane Operator Certificate (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator on subsea offshore projects.
- Minimum Able Seafarer Certificate of Competency (STCW II/4 and III/4).
- Previous experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry.
- Experience onboard 400-ton Subsea Vessels is an advantage.
- Valid AMSA Medical and/or Norwegian Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
- Valid BOSIET with CA-EBS certificate (mandatory).
- MISC Certificate is considered an advantage.
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in multicultural offshore environments.
- Positive, proactive, and safety-focused attitude.
